HOLLOWCORE PRODUCTION SKIP
The Hollowcore Concrete Skip is used for the supply of concrete to an extruder or slip former. It is manually operated, with a capacity of 1.5m3.
MANUAL CONCRETE SKIP
The Manual Skip is a simple push-along skip that travels on the hollowcore bed rails. It is used for detailing and enables the operator to carry 0.25m3 concrete
REMOTE CONTROL SKIP
The Remote Control Skip is used in both dry cast and wet cast production with capacity up to 3m3. A double clam shell door gives precise discharge.
Lifting Beam’s
STANDARD HOLLOWCORE LIFTING BEAM
The Standard Lifting Beam is a spreader used for lifting hollowcore concrete slabs from the casting beds or on site for installation.
REMOTE CONTROL BEAM
The Remote Control Lifting Beam is designed for use with a single point crane lifting hook. Clamps are moved hydraulically to accommodate different slab lengths.
Lifting Clamp’s
HOLLOWCORE LIFTING CLAMPS
The Hollowcore Lifting Clamp is used to lift slabs from the casting bed and for fixing on site. A scissor action positively grips the flange, and there is automatic release.
ADJUSTABLE LIFTING CLAMP
The Adjustable Clamp is designed for the removal of concrete elements from the production line. It can lift any shape and dimension up to 1.1m wide.
LIFT SHAFT SPREADER
The Lift Shaft Spreader is a heavy-duty beam used to lift and position precast lift shafts on and off site.
